Support is staffed Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Mountain Time, from our Denver, CO warehouse. Average reply during business hours is under 4 hours. Weekends and federal holidays: we batch overnight, so expect a reply by the next business morning.

For order or quality issues, include your order number, the device and flavor you ordered (for example, REIGN BAR Mana 50K in Blue Razz Ice), and a photo of the issue (dead display, damaged packaging, leaking tank). This gets you a resolution in the first email rather than a back-and-forth.

Email service@reignbarvapes.com from the address you placed the original order with. Include: order number, the device (Amber 70K / Palette 50K / Mana 50K / VLITE X 35K / VLITE 15K / MIX 25K) and flavor, a clear photo or short video of the device or packaging, and a one-sentence description of the issue. Damage and dead-on-arrival claims must be sent within 3 days of delivery. We respond within 24 business hours, and an approved claim is settled with a free replacement in your next order. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

For physical correspondence (rare — most issues resolve over email), please email first. Arrival claims are handled by photo or video, so there is no need to ship a device back, and unannounced packages sent to our warehouse are refused.
