Every REIGN BAR Vape order is age-verified at checkout through a federally compliant third party (BlueCheck or AgeChecked). At delivery, the carrier requires the recipient to show valid government-issued ID showing 21+. If automated verification fails, we may request additional documentation. Records are retained for the federal minimum of 4 years.
The federal Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking Act (PACT Act) plus state-level vape sale regulations require US vape retailers to verify the buyer is 21+ on every sale. There is no opt-out, no 'self-attest' override, and no waiver for repeat customers. Every order placed at the REIGN BAR Vape checkout runs through this check before it ships.
When you place an order, we route your name, address, and date of birth to a federally compliant age-verification third party (BlueCheck or AgeChecked). They cross-reference public records and return a pass/fail in under 5 seconds.
If you pass, your order proceeds normally. If you fail, you're prompted to upload a government-issued ID image (driver's license, state ID, passport) for manual review. The image is held by the third-party verifier, not us — we only receive the pass/fail.
Every REIGN BAR package requires adult-signature delivery. The carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) will check the recipient's government-issued ID at the door to confirm they are 21+. If no one 21+ is available, the carrier will either re-attempt the next business day or hold the package at the local depot.
If the package is returned to us, we'll refund the order minus return shipping. We do not waive the signature requirement.
Automated verification can fail for valid reasons (recent move, name change, thin credit history). If yours fails, you'll get an email with instructions to upload an ID image to the verifier directly. Manual review typically clears in under 2 business hours.
If you cannot pass manual review, we refund the order. We do not retain the ID image — only the verifier does.
Federal regulation requires us to retain the age-verification reference (a transaction ID from the verifier) for a minimum of 4 years from the date of sale. We do not retain the underlying ID image; the third-party verifier does, under their own data-retention policy.
